When you get on the list, join the Deeper Door, sign up to serve, or partner with us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, age, and your answers — including prayer requests and notes. Our website also uses basic technical data (like device type) to display correctly.
To hold your place at The Encounter, send you event details and the devotional emails you signed up for, coordinate teams, pray for you, and follow up as promised. If you gave text-message consent, we’ll text you about the event. That’s it — we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.
What you share for prayer is treated as confidential and shared only with our prayer team, within the limits of keeping people safe.
Your information is stored in the trusted service providers we use to run our communications and website. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that sets cookies and records which pages you visit here. We use it to understand how people find us and to reach people who may want to come to an Encounter. It does not receive your prayer requests, your answers on any form, or anything you share with us in confidence. You can turn off this kind of tracking in your Meta ad settings, through your browser’s cookie controls, or with a tracking blocker — and everything on this site works exactly the same either way.
Attendees under 18 participate with a parent or guardian’s consent, and we ask for a parent’s contact when a minor joins the Deeper Door.
Unsubscribe from emails with one click at any time, reply STOP to end texts, or email us at eventinfo@encounteredbyjesus.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
