Serve

We're not looking for performers.

We're looking for presence carriers. It takes a prepared body to hold a holy room — and every role is a ministry. Heart posture over talent. Not perfect. Willing.

Every role, explained

What each role carries.

Greeters & Gatekeepers

The first faces at the door — a warm welcome, help with check-in, and gently upholding the phones-secured, reverent protocol as people enter.

Check-in & Threshold

Run the check-in table, hand out badges, guide the phone choice, and usher people through the threshold experience — wind, scent, and the reveal into the room.

Intercessors & Prayer

Cover the room in prayer beforehand and intercede quietly throughout the encounter — the spiritual engine of the whole night.

Altar Team

Trained to pray with and minister to those who come forward — always in pairs, with a warm hand-off to pastoral help when it's needed.

Flow Captains

Keep the room's flow gentle and reverent — help people find their place, protect the atmosphere, and watch for anyone who needs care.

Media & Capture

Document the atmosphere respectfully for later sharing — never intrusive, always honoring the sacred space and the phones-down protocol.

Setup & Teardown

Arrive early to set the room, the stations, and the lighting; stay after to strike everything and reset the space with excellence.

Food & Hospitality

Prepare and serve the light fellowship food after the encounter, and create a warm, welcoming close to the night.

Follow-up & Discipleship

Reach out after the night and help people take their next step — into the devotional, the prayer pods, and community.

Worship & Musicians

Instrumentalists and vocalists leading spontaneous, Spirit-led worship — presence carriers, not performers. No setlist; you follow Him.

Audio & Production

Front-of-house engineer and production — monitors, in-ears, mics, and ambient visuals. You mix for presence, not volume.
